Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) programme of Daffodil International University (DIU) has obtained the accreditation certificate from the Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE), Bangladesh.
The BAETE accredited EEE programme of the university with all privileges at the 46th board meeting held on May 21 after reviewing the activities of the programme, said a press release on Sunday.
According to the accreditation, the students who passed and will pass B.Sc. in EEE from the university will be eligible to apply for membership of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh.
Earlier, a high-powered team of BAETE visited Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and graded the programme as satisfactory and accredited the programme with all privileges.
