Educationist, writer, social worker and retired Associate Professor in English of Gurudhyal Government College Pranesh Kumar Chodhury passed away at his son’s residence in Dhaka on Thursday noon. He was 84.
He left his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
Rejowan Ahamed Tofique MP, Dr. Syeda Zakia Noon Lipi MP, Zila Parishad Chairman advocate Zillur Rahman, District Awami league President Advocate Kamrul Ashasan Shajahan, its General Secretary Advocate M.A Afzol, Kishoreganj Mayor Pervez Miah, CAB District President Alarm Sarowar Tito and District Press Club President Mostafa Kamal expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Prof Chodhury.
