A high level delegation of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) headed by Muzaffar U Siddique, the founder Chairman of BUFT visited Deakin University and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) of Australia on as a part of ongoing educational research collaboration from 26 July to 31st July 2016. During the visit two MoU were signed. On behalf of BUFT Muzaffar U Siddique and Prof Guy Littlefair, Pro-Vice Chancellor Industry Development of Deakin University and Prof Andrew Maclntyre, Deputy Vice Chancellor Global Development and Vice President of RMIT University signed the MoU in terms of mutual interest like faculty and student exchange programs; credit transfer facilities; research and training facilities, internship program in Bangladesh and Australia etc.
Among others, members of Board of Trustees of BUFT Tipu Munshi, MP; Md. Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin), First Vice President, FBCCI; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, President of BGMEA; Faruque Hassan, Senior Vice President of BGMEA; SM Mannan (Kochi), Vice President of BGMEA; Mohammed Nasir, Vice President (Finance), BGMEA; Reaz-Bin-Mahmood, Former Vice President (Finance) of BGMEA and Prof Dr Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro-Vice Chancellor of BUFT were present on the occasion.
