Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor said that educated people can play a vital role to build a knowledge-based society.
The minister said this recently while speaking as the chief guest at an orientation programme for the fresher’s of Khulna University in the academic session 2016-2017.
Asaduzzaman suggested the fresher’s for cultural practice to active their brains.
Vice Chancellor of Khulna University Professor Muhammad Faekuzzaman presided over the programme while former Vice-Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Dr. Pran Gopal Datta and Treasurer of Khulna University Khan Atiar Rahman attended as special guests.
Chairmen and Deans of different subjects and Faculties were present at the orientation programme.
