Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited and Election Commission Bangladesh signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for verifying the information and documents of the bank clients at the election commission office on Thursday.
In presence of Brig General Sultanuzzaman Md Saleh Uddin, Director General of the National Identity Registration Wing, Muhammad Abul Bashar, Deputy Managing Director of Islami Bank and Syed Md Musa, Director (Operations) of NID Department of the Commission singed the memorandum on behalf of respective institutions.
Md Abdul Jabbar, AAM Habibur Rahman and Mohammad Jamaluddin, Exective Vice Presidents of the bank and high officials of the commission were present at the signing ceremony.
