Election Commissioner Mahbub Talukder has tested positive for coronavirus. His personal assistant Mohammad Enam Uddin confirmed the matter Sunday (June 20) evening.
He said, “Sir (Mahbub Talukder) had an attack of fever suddenly on Saturday (June 19) night. He was immediately rushed to the Evercare Hospital and admitted there. He was kept Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Later, he was shifted to cabin. He tested positive for coronavirus.”
