Election Commissioner Mahbub Talukdar was admitted to Evercare Hospital with Covid symtoms on Saturday night.
Mahbub Talukdar was taken into Intensive Care Unit (ICU) around 11:30pm as his oxygen level dropped.
After improving health condition, he was moved to cabin on Sunday evening. His blood sample for Covid-19 was also collected.
Enam Uddin, Private Secretary of Mahabub Talukdar, confirmed the media on Sunday.
