E-Business is booming rapidly in Bangladesh. It is actually a demand of time. In that case, a joint effort from both Academy and Industry sector is inevitable for the sake of development of e-business as well as its expansion in Bangladesh.
So, focusing on this issue, E-Governance Platform Bangladesh in association with The Monthly TechWorld Bangladesh organized a seminar on ‘Academy & Industry Collaboration to Develop the e-Business of Bangladesh’ at the seminar hall of Krishibid Institute Bangladesh (KIB), Khamarbari, Farmgate, Dhaka.
Professor Dr. Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Daffodil International University & Advisor, E-Governance Platform Bangladesh and Ajoy Das Gupta, Deputy Editor in the Daily Samakal graced the session being present as special guests. Asst. Professor Kazi Hassan Robin, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, World University, and Nawat Ashekin, Head of-Commerce in SSL Wireless delivered the keynote speech, whereas Associate Professor Dr. Jebunnesa Jeba, Department of Public Administration, Jahangirnagar University & Convener, E-Governance Platform Bangladesh presided over the session.
