E-Commerce in Bangladesh: Quality should be upgraded

E-commerce sector in Bangladesh is now at a mid-level way. It is rising rapidly. Basically f-commerce is easy, but e-commerce is the most static way of market development we must admire it, so people are revealing themselves as an entrepreneur by starting e-commerce business.
This is appreciable, but how much do we know about advanced primitives of e-commerce management? The management of e-commerce has to keep up with trends in technology, marketing, products, customer service, and package shipping. These same leaders can also manage employee, supplier, and customer relationships. The burden can be crushing, especially as companies grow from being a startup into the mid-market. There are more ways than one to run a business or define a management structure. It does not necessarily involve a strict hierarchy or static job description. People here have to work on multiple areas at the same time.
There is wide diversity of development procedures in an e-commerce business. Some important qualities should be assured among them. Like -1. Dynamic marketing policy – “Advertisement is the expansion” 2. User friendly platform. 3. Best quality products according to clients’ demand. 4. Wide range of product variety and choice. 5. Best price. 6. Delivery within a minimum time. 7. 24 hours customer support. 8. After-sale service strategy.
Do e-commerce stores in Bangladesh have all these marked? In our country, to be frank, some of the e-commerce sites are not doing all of these up to the mark. Some of them may have good management team but not quality products. Our country is very progressive in marketing policy, we are by born marketing people, and there is no doubt about our marketing concept, digital marketing and offline marketing.
We are technically upgrading a lot, so our websites are compatible no doubt. The question comes here- are we serving the best? Are we providing the best products in a best price?
