The e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh on Saturday requested its members to collect stickers from e-Cab for their employees involved in product delivery services.
The association in a notice advised its members to keep ID card of the organisation, a copy of a notification of the Ministry of Commerce, notification of the ICT Division and the invoice of the product with themselves.
The organisations said it received numerous calls from its members saying that they were facing various problems without stickers and letters.
To run services without difficulties the Ministry of Commerce recently provided stickers to e-Cab members for their employees and vehicles.
e-Cab said before taking the sticker, associates must renew their membership by logging in http://renew.e-cab.net/.
Members were asked to visit: http://emergency.e-cab.net for the sticker.
e-Cab will not accept any complaint from their members if they do not bear designated sticker and certificate, said the notice.
e-Cab said they wrote authorities concerned, including the Ministry of Commerce, informing them of the list of members who had taken stickers.
“Also, if an employee or a delivery person violates rules and regulations, we would be able to track them through the number of stickers,” said e-Cab general manager Jahangir Alam Shovon.
