Juventus forward Paulo Dybala will miss Argentina’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Paraguay and Peru with a genitourinary problem, the Argentinian Football Association (AFA) said on Sunday. The 26-year-old will require rest and tests to evaluate the condition, the AFA said in a statement, without providing further details. Dybala has endured a difficult year, having struggled to shake off a bout of COVID-19 and then missing Argentina’s opening CONMEBOL zone qualifiers against Ecuador and Bolivia last month because of a stomach problem. Juventus did not immediately comment on the health of the former Palermo player.
