The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka on Monday sent Mizanur Rahman, a Deputy Secretary of the Government to the jail rejecting his bail prayer.
Metropolitan Magistrate Shotto Broto Sikder passed the order. Earlier, on Sunday night, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) arrested Mizanur Rahman red-handed while he was taking bribe at a fast food restaurant in city’s Khilgaon area.
