Dupchanchia Sadar Union Parishad Chairman Tojammel Hossain Tojam announced budget for the year 2017-2020 of Tk 8.84 cr under Dupchanchia Upazila of Bogura district on Monday.
UP Revenue income has been collected in the budget of 3 lakh 55 thousand and surplus has been collected for 3 thousand two hundred rupees. The expenditure has been estimated to be 1 crore 8 lakh 42 thousand 40 rupees.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer SM Zakir Hossain, in the chairmanship of Chairman of the Board Chairman Togal Hossain Tojam, and Secretary of Sohel Rana spoke on the occasion of budget announcement.
Dupchhenia municipal AL President Abdur Razzak, Panel Chairman Abdul Hamid, former banker Alhaj Azizul Haque, chairman of BCL unit SM Aslam, among others spoke among others.
Sadar Union Awami League General Secretary Ishrat Ali, General Secretary of the Upazila Press Club Akhtaruzzaman Tuhin, members of the UP member and the dignitaries were present.
