Former Secretary, Comptroller and Auditor General of Government Muhammad Ahsan Ali Sarker , died due to heart attack at his own residence yesterday.
He started working as accountant through Bangladesh Civil Service Organisation. Later, he worked in vital post of the government including secretary of the ministry and agriculture ministry.
Ahsan was born at Pirdhipara village of Harishpur union under sadar upazila of Natore district in a respected Muslim family.
He left behind one wife and two daughters and numerous relatives to mourn his death. .
