Story of the movie Birangana 71 is based on Liberation War. Directed by Mirza Sakhawat Hossain, viewers will watch Shirin Shila in role of a war heroine in the movie. Few days ago, shooting of this movie was wrapped up after completing a dance sequence performed by Shahed Sharif Khan and Shirin Shila in Dohar. On Tuesday, Shila took part in dubbing of this film. Shila was very much excited in the beginning of taking part in shooting of this movie because it was her first acted movie which story is based on Liberation War. It was also her first work opposite Shahed. According to the actress, Birangana 71 is going to be something special movie in her career. Shila also played role of Fazlur Rahman Babu’s daughter. It was her also first work with Babu.
While talking about acting in this movie, Shahed Sharif Khan said, “Earlier, I had experience to work under Mirza Sakhawat Bhai’s direction. He has made Birangana 71 cordially. It is no doubt Shila is a good actress and she played her role nicely in this movie. I believe viewers will enjoy our on screen chemistry in this movie.”
Shirin Shila said, “During dubbing of this movie, it is realised how acting was. I am not fully satisfied with my acting. I could do better. However, it was really a great achievement for me to play the role of a war heroine in this movie as it was my first acted movie which story is based on Liberation War. I had to break myself several times to portray the role of a war heroine properly. Including director, everybody of the unit co-operated me a lot during shooting. Earlier, I worked with Shahed Bhai in a drama. Opposite Shahed Bhai it was my first acted movie. He is very much cooperative. Overall, I am hopeful about this movie. Now I am waiting when the movie will get release date.”
