The Dhaka University (DU) Zahurul Haq Hall’s annual sports competition was held on Thursday at university central playground.
Alomgir Hossen secured the first place while M Rezaul Islam and M Saidul Islam finished joint runners-up.
DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (administration) professor Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman distributed the prizes among the winners while Zahurul Haq Hall Provost professor Delwar Hossain chaired the programme.
Earlier, DU Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique formally inaugurated the meet as the chief guest.
