The Dhaka University authorities have decided to start the classes of its first year undergraduate students under 2021-22 academic sessions from September 7.
The decision came from the university’s deans committee meeting held recently chaired by university Vice-Chancellor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, said a press release.
The university also decided to refund the accommodation and transportation fees taken from the students during Covid-19 pandemic period as the university and dormitories remained closed for a long period of time, added the press release, reports BSS.
The students have been asked to collect the refund from their respective departments or institutes following proper procedures, added the press release.
