The authorities of Dhaka University (DU) will bring out a victory rally on the campus tomorrow as part of the Victory Day celebration programme.
Led by DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique, the rally will be started from Aparajeyo Bangla at 11 am, a university press release said on Tuesday.
The rally will end at Swadhinata Chattar in the historic Suhrawardy Udyan following a musical function where The Music Department of the university will perform the “Muktir Gaan” and “Bijoyer Gaan”.
The academic and administrative activities of the university will remain postponed from 10.30 am to 12 noon on the day, the release added.
