A senior technician of Dhaka University (DU) died on Saturday falling from the rooftop of his four-storied building.
The deceased has been identified as Abdul Wahab. The duty doctor declared him dead after his arrival at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 9.00 am.
Mohammad Yunus, brother of the deceased, said that he lived in the
apartment number 22/1 of the Nilkhet Staff Quarter. Like every day, he went to rooftop of the building for watering the flowers, but he fell down and got injuries. We took him to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Bachchu Mia, Sub-Inspector of DMC Hospital police camp, said that the body had been kept at the morgue for autopsy.
