The teacher representative election of Dhaka University (DU) Senate will be held on May 22 at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Hall.
The polling will start at 9:00 am and end at 1:00pm.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique permitted holding of the election according to the Article 20 (1) (L) and (3) of 1973 University Ordinance. The candidates will have to submit nomination papers by May 11 and can withdraw their nomination papers in writings by May 14.
Treasurer of the university Professor Kamal Uddin will conduct the election as the representative of the Vice-Chancellor.
