The online application for admission into Dhaka University’s undergraduate courses under 2016-17 academic session will begin today while the tests will begin from September 23.
The decision was taken at a meeting on Sunday of the general admission committee for first year honors courses with Vice-Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique in the chair at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban meeting room.
Admission seekers can apply online from tomorrow after the vice-chancellor will formally inaugurate the registration process at 10am while the process will continue till September 7.
The admission tests will begin on September 23 with entry test for humanities group students under “Kha-Unit” for admission into different disinclines under Arts and Social Sciences faculties.
The entry test for admission into Business Studies faculty disciplines under “Ga-Unit” will be held on September 30 while admission test of general knowledge for Fine Arts Faculty departments under “Cha-Unit” will be held on September 24.
“Ka-Unit” admission test for science group students will be held on October 21 and “Gha-Unit” (combined unit) tests for science, business studies and humanities groups’ students will be held on October 28.
