DU Gha Unit test result published amid students protest

The DU authority has published the Gha Unit admission test result within a short time that kindled flame of the protest among the progressive leaders and activists.
The results were published on Sunday at 2pm. At that time, several student organizations on the university campus staged demonstration with call to withhold the published result.
They brought out a procession on the campus, demanding the cancellation of Gha unit admission

test. Alleging question leak in admission test, they raised demands by sitting in front of Vice Chancellor’s office.
The pass rate this year is 14.45 percent. Out of 71549 candidates, 10,264 passed the examinations.
This admission test was held on Friday.
Demonstrations were held by DU Unit Students Federation, Students Union, and Socialist Students Front (Marxist) and other factions of Socialist Students Front.
Umm Habiba Benazir, General Secretary of the Student Federation said if the examination is not cancelled, we will go for more stringent movement to uphold the reputation of DU.
