The first-year honours admission tests of Dhaka University (DU) under academic session 2017-2018 will begin today with the entry test of Business Studies faculty under “Ga-Unit”.
The one-hour test will be held from 10 am to 11 am at 53 centers on the university campus and outside the campus, said a DU press release on Thursday.
A total of 29,954 admission seekers have applied against 1,250 seats under “Ga-unit” of the university, the release added.
The release added the admission test (general knowledge) of Fine Arts Faculty under “Cha-Unit” will be held on September 16 (Saturday).
As many as 13,476 aspirants have applied against 135 seats under the fine arts faculty.
Admission tests under “Kha-Unit” will be held on September 22 while admission tests for drawing under “Cha-Unit” are scheduled to be held on September 23.
“Ka-Unit” admission tests will be held on October 13 and “Gha-Unit” (combined unit) tests for science, business studies and humanities group students will be held on October 20.
