Dry weather with partly cloudy sky likely

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday predicted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours as of 9am today.  
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,” a met Office press release said in a 24-hour weather forecast commencing at 9am yesterday.
Besides, a depression over Southwest Bay and adjoining area moved north-northwestwards and lay centered over the same area (near Lat: 8.5oN and lon: 83.0oE) at 6am on Friday.  
Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, it added.
Country’s maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.5 degrees Celsius at Teknaf in Chattogram and Friday’s minimum temperature was recorded 11.6 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet.
