Severe cold wave is sweeping over Panchaghar district while mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the rest part of Rangpur division and the regions of Faridpur, Madaripur, Gopalganj, Srimangal, Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Jashore, Chuadanga, Shatkhira and Barishal and it may continue and spread.

The country’s highest temperature on Wednesday was recorded 30.0 degree Celsius at Sitakunda in Chattogram while Thursday’s minimum temperature was 5.8 degree Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur.
