Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday forecast dry weather with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am yesterday.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in 24-hour till 9am today,” said a Met Office bulletin issued in Dhaka on Friday morning.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin added. The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6 am yesterday was recorded 01 mm at Khepupara in Barishal division.
Country’s maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.0 degrees Celsius at Cox’s Bazar in Chattogram division and minimum temperature on Friday was 17.5 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
