Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday predicted dry weather with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours ending at 9 am on Saturday.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country until early tomorrow,” said a met office press release issued here.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the press release added.
The maximum temperature was recorded 36.0 degrees Celsius on Thursday at Rangamati and Feni in Chattogram division while Friday’s minimum temperature 16.8 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6 am on Friday was recorded 10 mm at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
