Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country while light fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country in the next 24 hours as of 9 am today, said a met office press release here on Thursday.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, the release added. Night temperature may fall by 1-2 degree Celsius and day temperature may fall slightly over the country during the period. The minimum temperature of the country was recorded on Thursday 12.8 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division while the maximum 32.0 degrees Celsius at Teknaf in Chittagong division on Wednesday.
