Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and the districts of Kishoregonj, Brahmanbaria and Narsingdi, a met office press release said on Tuesday. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, it said.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 34.3 degrees Celsius at Gopalganj and minimum temperature on Tuesday 13.7 degrees Celsius at Netrokona. The highest rainfall for the last 24 hours was recorded 39 milimeters (mm) at Srimangal.
