Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Friday predicted dry weather across the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am yesterday.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,” a Met office bulletin issued on Friday morning.
Light fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during late night to morning, the bulletin said. Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.4 degree Celsius in Sitakunda of Chattogram, while Friday’s minimum temperature was 12.9 degree Celsius in Srimangal of Sylhet.
