Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Friday predicted that weather may remain mainly dry across the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am yesterday.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country having chances of light rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Dhaka divisions,” said a Met office bulletin issued here.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin said.
The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 34.2 degree Celsius in Cox’s Bazar, while Friday’s minimum temperature was 16.1 degree Celsius in Tetulia.
