Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Thursday predicted that weather may remain dry in the next 24 hours commencing 9 am yesterday.
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain or drizzle over Dinajpur region. Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country from midnight to today’s afternoon,” said a Met office bulletin issued here. Mild cold wave is sweeping over the district of Panchagarh and Dinajpur and it may abate, added the bulletin.
However, night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country, the bulletin said.
The highest temperature on Wednesday was recorded 28.3 degree Celsius in Sitakunda under Chattogram district.
while Thursday’s minimum temperature is 09.2 degree Celsius at Tetulia under Rangpur district.
