Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Monday predicted mainly dry weather over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am today.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country”, said a BMD bulletin issued here.
Apart from that, the bulletin also predicted light rain or thunder shower at one or two places over Rangpur.
However, the day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said the bulletin. Country’s maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 35.2 degrees Celsius at Nikli under Dhaka division while the lowest one on Monday 22.7 degrees Celsius at Srimangal under Sylhet division.
