Chittagong Bureau :
Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP)) in a raid arrested a drug peddler with 310 pieces of Yaba tablets from Shah Amanat Bridge area under Bakalia thana in the port city early hours of yesterday.
The arrested was identified as Nure Alam,50, son of Abdus Sukkur hailed from Teqnaf Upazila of Cox’s bazar district.
On secret information, a team of police raided a passenger bus at Shah Amanat bridge area under Bakalia thana in the port city at 5 amyesterday and arrested him with the Yaba, Mohammad Mohsin, Officer in Charge of Bakalia thana police said.
A case was filed in this connection.
