The semi-final line up of DRU Media Cup Cricket was settled as BD News 24.com, Banglavision, Channel 24 and Channel I moved into the semi-finals eliminating their respective rivals in the quarter-finals held on Monday at Moulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium here.
The semi-finals will be held today with BD News taking on Banglavision and Channel 24 meeting Channel I at ground no 1 and 2 respectively at 8.30 am.
In the day’s quarter-final matches on Monday, BD News 24.com beat Alokito Bangladesh by five wickets, Banglavision defeated Inqilab by 36 runs, Channel 24 edged past RTV by two wickets and Channel I beat Jago News by four runs to move into the last four.
Earlier, on Monday in the third round matches, Banglavision beat ATN Bangla by 58 runs, RTV defeated SA TV by three wickets while Inqilab outclassed The Independent by 51 runs and Channel 24 defeated NTV by 43 runs.
