Now there is lack of family story based drama serials in our country’s TV channels. Noted director Rulin Rahman has made a new drama serial titled Sutoi Bandha Sukher Payra where he has taken noted actors. Shooting of the serial has already been started in the capital’s Uttara area’s different locations.
In the serial, viewers will watch Wahida Mollick Jolly in role of mother, Mosharraf Karim, Mukul Siraj, Sajjad Reza and newcomer Shahed in roles of four brothers, Robena Reza Jui and Munia in roles of two sisters and Obid Rehan and Sujat Shimul in roles of their husbands, Deepa against Mukur as husband-wife, Sajjad against Tahmina Sultana Mou as husband-wife, and Nabila Binte Islam will be seen against Shahed. While in the making of the serial, Mosharraf Karim will be shown as a bachelor.
While acting in this serial Wahida Mollick Jolly told this correspondent, “After a long time I read script of this serial in a single sitting. Its script impressed me a lot that I could easily read it with full enthusiasm. Rulin is a good director. He works with pros and cons. I am acting in the serial joyfully.”
Robena Reza Jui said, “While working in this serial I felt I worked in a nice serial where there are tales of mother and siblings. I am very much optimistic about the serial.”
Sajjad Reza said, “By working in this serial I am getting flavor of the story of 80s where family stories got priority in the serial. I think this type of serial is to be made urgently.”
Director Rulin Rahman informed that now 52 episodes of the serial are being made. Later it will be continued till 104 episodes regarding demand of the TV channel authority.
