The Speakers in discussion meeting on Sunday said, every year budget implementation and achieving the goals of revenue income is a big challenge.
The budget will be helpful in implementing the commitments electoral manifesto of Awami League, and through this, Bangladesh will establish a prosperous, hunger free, poverty-free country, they said.
If the government can able to implement the budget, the benefits will be reached to everyone and the country will be golden bangladesh, Dr. Md. Mohiuddin, professor of DU, said while presenting the main article in the function.
Dr. Wazed Research Center, Lim Global Consulting Ltd and Holistic Integration jointly organized a discussion at National Academy of Planning and Development office on “analyzing the budget in light of Awami League’s commitment in election manifesto.”
Former home minister Dr. Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir was the chief guest in the function where university teachers, economists and professionals also spoke.
In order to increase the savings, the private sector pension fund has come to this budget which will be a milestone to build golden Bangladesh, Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir, said.
All sides have addressed in this budget. So, by implementing the budget, people every corner of the society will be benefited, he also said.
