Dr Shama’s body could be theft, fears father

Engineer Nurul Islam, father of Dr Shamarukh Mahjabin Shama, who was killed allegedly by the in-laws on November 13, feared that the body of his daughter might be stolen from the grave.
He already handed a written application to the authority of the Karbala
 Graveyard for the protection of the grave. The application was given to the authority on Saturday afternoon.
Father of the late young doctor in a general diary filed with the Jessore Kotwali Police Station stated that he and his son were feeling insecure for fighting against an influential person. The GD was also filed on the same day.  
Talking to newsmen, Nurul Islam told that the family members and well-wishers of the deceased doctor would guard the grave of Dr Shama.
He also told that Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh, IDEB had chalked out elaborate agitation across the country to press home to punish the killers of a fellow of the organization.
In a press conference held at Jessore Press Club on November 19, Nurul Islam demanded the arrest of former law maker Khan Tipu Sultan and other members of his family. He claimed that his daughter was killed as she wanted to leak evidences of heinous acts of her father in-law.
Dr Shamarukh Mahjabin Shama was the wife of Humayun Sultan Sadab, eldest son of Khan Tipu Sultan, Awami League leader and former lawmaker for Jessore-5.
