Dr. Shahriar Hossain Chowdhury , member of central BNP, former Co-coordinator of Sylhet City BNP, former secretary of BMA Sylhet, President of DAB Sylhet, Menaging Director of North-East Medical (Pvt.) and Dreamland Park collected BNP nomination form from BNP’s Noya Palton office on Tuesday with many leaders and activists for Sylhet-1 (Sylhet Sadar-City) Constituency ahead of eleventh national election.
He wants to contest in the election from Sylhet-1. He dreams to build Bangladesh by Sheaf of paddy symbol of former President Ziaur Rahman and former PM Khaleda Zia.
Dr. Shahriar also active in his Constituency and passing busy time campaigning in field level to attract attention of the voters and party leaders. He has been distributing election leaflets and proclaiming several development activities of the BNP government.
He says that he will work if he is not given nomination as he does politics of the ideal of Ziaur Rahaman. He is campaigning since long time for Sheaf of paddy at different upazilas, unions in Sylhet-1 Constituency.
A Sylhet City BNP leader said, Dr. Shahriar has deep relation with the local people including Sylhet city and its adjustance area. The poor people of his election area know Dr. Shahriar for his service oriented mentality for the under-privileged people.
Dr. Shahriar Said ‘The people of the country are enjoying the benefits of the development and BNP should be reelected in the upcoming election for the continuation of the development pace.
