Dr Sarwar Ali, Chairman of Renata Limited, presiding over the company’s 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its corporate office in the city recently. Renata’s Managing Director Kaiser Kabir, Directors Zahida Fizza Kabir, Sajeda Farisa Kabir, A. Hasanat Khan, Tanya Tazeen Karim and Company Secretary Md. Jubayer Alam, among others, were present. The meeting declared 100 percent cash dividend and 10 percent stock dividend (bonus share) for the year 2018-19.
