Prof Dr Md Salim Uddin, Chairman of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation is off to London to participate in World Standard-Setters Conference -2019.
The conference, organized by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), is scheduled to be held from September 30 to October 01.
Dr Salim will represent the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) at the conference invited by the IASB. In the conference arranged by IASB, the only global accounting standard setting body, recent issued International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the improvements and amendments to IFRS and other changes, up gradation and development related to IFRS formulated over the years will be discussed.
