Former Governor of Bangladesh Bank Dr. Mohammad Farasuddin attended the first formal meeting of International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) at its headquarters in New York on March 20.
Dr Farasuddin was elected as member of the executive body of ICSC, an
independent expert body established by the United Nations General Assembly, for four-year tenure on November 4, 2016, said an official release of Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the UN.
