Dr Daulatunnahar Khanam has joined Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation as the first Deputy Managing Director, says a press release.
Prior to this assignment, she was working as General Manager in the same organization. She has been promoted recently by a notification of Financial Institution Division of Ministry of Finance.
Dr. Khanam has been awarded Post Graduation as well as Graduation Degree with First Class in Economics at Jahangirnagar University. She started her career at Bangladesh Krishi Bank in 1984 as a Senior Officer.
In 1995 she joined BHBFC as Senior Principal Officer and through her entire career she played a very vital role as several Departmental and Zonal Head. She earned Ph D in Economics under the scholarship of Indian Govt in 1990.
Besides, she participated in many workshop, seminar and training session in home and abroad.
