Dr. Ahmed Kaikous, Secretary, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources formally inaugurated 3-day long 4th national Development Fair at MA Aziz Stadium on Thursday. Divisional Commissioner MA Mannan, Deputy Commissioner Mohammed Illius Hossain, Police Commissioner Khondoker Golam Faruque, DIG of Chattogram Range Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, also attended the inaugural ceremony.
