Ekushey Award winner noted actress Dilara Zaman got the house where she lived with her parents 65 years ago. After finding the house this noted actress broken down into tears because she tried to find out it for several times. This time after getting this she became excited and also emotional.
Sadat Hossain is making a documentary on Dilara Zaman. Sixty-five years stories of the actress’ life will take place in this documentary. As a part of its continuation, director of the documentary went to Jessore to take shots of Shosthitola of that district to portray incidents from 1947 to 1953. After going there Dilara couldn’t find her old residence there. Then a person named Tushar helped her to find out the residence. Dilara’s father stayed there as a tenant there.
While talking in this regard Dilara told this correspondent, “After finding that residence with the help of Mr Tushar I felt like to get something valuable thing in my life as many old childhood memories of my life remains there. I give thanks to Sadat to take me there.”
Dilara informed that later she studied in Dhaka’s Banglabazar School and completed honours and masters from Eden College. Within very short time she will go to Chittagong to take part in shooting of the documentary’s work. There she was attached with theatre group, Arindam. Now she has been engaged with acting with different serials.
