Chittagong City BNP unit observed the 70th birth anniversary of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia through arranging discussion meeting, Doa Mahfil and feeding to the destitute on Sunday after zohr prayer. These programs arranged at Chowkbazar Takshah Mia mazar premises through distributing foods to the poor and destitute.
City leaders of BNP were present on the occasion. Special munajat offered praying long life of Begum Zia in it followed by Milad and Doa Mahfil.
City unit general secretary of BNP Dr. Shahdat Hossain asked the BNP leaders and workers to get united under the leadership of Begum Zia to revive the democracy from the custody of facist govt . He said present govt captured the power with the help of administration and other law enforcing agencies.
