The mobile court of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) yesterday evicted illegal structures adjacent to Mahakhali rail gate.
The mobile court led by DNCC’s Executive Magistrate Mohammad Sajid Anwar conducted the eviction drive yesterday afternoon.
Earlier, the mobile court evicted other illegal structures in the same area. Yesterday the mobile court demolished two tin-shed houses in presence of the Railway officials.
At the same time, two stairs and a ramp which were illegally built on the
footpath of Banani Chairman Bari were also demolished during the drive.
DNCC’s Chief Estate Officer M Aminul Islam, Executive Magistrate Masum Ali Beg, local Ward Councilor M Nasir, among others, were present during the drive.
