Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) is set to extend money escort service to the city dwellers and different organizations during Ramzan and Eid-ul-Fitr.
The DMP has planned to give the money escort service centering Ramadan and Eid aimed at ensuring safety in withdrawing, depositing and other transactions of money within the DMP areas and its adjacent districts, an official release said.
In case of taking money escort, the city dwellers and organizations would have to arrange vehicles at their own initiative and the DMP will provide escort, the release added.
