DMP chief gives financial support for treatment of Mahua’s father

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Shafiqul Islam has provided financial assistance for treatment of police sergeant Mahua Hajong’s father, who was injured in a city road accident recently.
Shafiqul handed over the grant worth Taka 8,42,200 in cash to Sergeant Mahua Hajong for her father’s treatment at DMP headquarters at 10.30am on Thursday, according to a press release.
