DMCH police outpost lockdown, as its In-Charge tested positive

Dhaka Medical College Hospital’s (DMCH) police outpost has been put under lockdown as its In-Charge Inspector Bachchu Mia has tested positive for coronavirus.
Some police personnel of the outpost have also been kept at quarantine.
Ramna Zone DC Sajjad Hossain confirmed the matter to the media.
Bachchu Mia has been infected with coronavirus and he is now undergoing treatment in the city’s Rajarbagh Police Hospital.Bachchu Mia gave samples for testing at the DMCH and the results were positive, DC Sajjad said.
Bachchu has been serving the police outpost at the DMCH for a long time.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Police confirmed one thousand more coronavirus cases with the death of five police personnel in the last 24 hours.
